For refunds, we must be contacted within 30 (thirty) days after the purchase date. For any returns, a RMA# is required. Return for Refund:
You may obtain a full refund less shipping fees for products purchased from this website. The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All accessories, including promotional gift offers, must be returned with the merchandise. Refunds will not be granted if the item is damaged or abused, etched or otherwise personalized items or if any accessories are missing. RMA numbers issued for refunds are valid for 14 days and are non-renewable. Therefore, you must obtain an RMA number within 30 days of the purchase date and return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Please allow 2-3 weeks before the refund amount appears on your credit card statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Nonrefundable Items:

  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories such as cords and cables
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items

Return for Repair or Replacement:
You may return any EXOGEAR product for repair or replacement that is covered within the warranty period. Please obtain a RMA number prior to returning the product. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to our return facility. Please see our warranty page for additional information.
