General Questions:

  1. When will my order ship?
    • If the item(s) is in stock, please allow 1 business day for processing. For pre-order and back ordered items, order will ship as soon as the item(s) become available. If there are any changes in the shipment schedule, you will be notified by email.
  2. How long do international orders take to arrive?
    • It normally takes 3-5 business days pending normal customs clearance. Shipments to Canada, depending on shipping method selected, please allow 1-7 business days pending normal customs clearance.
  3. What is the return policy for pre-order items?
    • For all pre-order items, it is 30 days from the ship date.
  4. How do I check the status of my order?
    • Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation OR first and last name on the order. You may also call us M-F 9AM to 5PM EST at 888-804-4355 (excluding major US holidays).
  5. How do I cancel my order?

  6. When is the latest date I can cancel my order?
    • For items in stock, you may cancel your order up until 12pm (noon) EST on the next business day. For pre-order items, you may place the cancelation until 2 business days prior to the scheduled ship date.

 

exomount™ universal car dash mount questions:

  1. Does the exomount stick to everything?
    • No, but it sticks to anything with a flat surface. It’s meant to be used in your car, but if you wanted you can use it pretty much anywhere.
  2. What is the recommended way to install the exomount?
    • First, make sure the surface is clean of dust, debris, oil and grime. To do this, use a damp cloth to wipe down the installation site. Make sure you have enough room to accommodate the suction cup it’s about 3” diameter. Next peel off the white preservation sticker and mount the exomount, once you have your desired position, lock it in place.
  3. What kind of water do I rinse the exomount with so I can re-use it?
    • Use warm water if you can and run it over the surface of the suction cup. Do not scrub or wipe the suction cup, let the water simply rinse off the dirt, dust and debris on there. Let it dry out and it will be ready to mount again.
  4. How many times can I rinse and re-use the exomount?
    • This varies user to user. But if you uninstall the exomount, rinse it before you mount it again, this will provide the longest lasting use of the exomount.

exolife™ for iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S questions:

  1. Does the exolife fit the Verizon iPhone?
  2. How does the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S connect to the exolife™?
    • It would be best described with a diagram, you can download or view the quick start guide here.
  3. Are the speaker and mic covered?
    • Yes, the speaker and mic are covered to protect the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S from dust and debris. However, the functionality of the speaker and mic are not lost. The bottom-front side of the exolife™ case (where it says exogear) has front firing ports to re-direct sound. So more than hindering the speaker/mic, it enhances it.
  4. Is there any signal loss from using the exolife™?
    • There is none more than should be expected. I.e. if you get full bars, by just putting on the exolife™ you won’t lose any bars.
  5. Does the exolife™ cover the front?
    • The front rim is covered but the screen is not. You may use your current screen protector or other screen protectors with our exolife™.
  6. Is the USB port micro USB or mini USB?
    • All of our exolife™ cases use standard mini-USB ports. Should you lose, misplace, or just want another cable, you can find these standard cables at any electronic store.
  7. Can I use other skins/shields with the exolife™?
    • Depending on the thickness and coverage of the skin/shields, it may be possible for you to use it with the exolife™ because the exolife™ is designed specifically to fit the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S no more than 0.2mm thickness would be allowed on the back. And no more than 0.05mm would be allowed on the sides. As for the front, you can use any thickness screen protectors but not anything that would cover the rim. Please note: the use of other shields/skins in conjunction with our products may affect the performance of our products.

 

exolife™ for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS questions:

  1. How does the iPhone 3G/iPhone 3GS connect to the exolife™?
    • It is a top load design, the iPhone will only fit in 1 way.
  2. How long does it take to charge the iPhone 3G/iPhone 3GS with the exolife™?
    • For a full charge, it should take approximately 1hr.
  3. What is the fastest way to charge the iPhone 3G/iPhone 3GS and exolife™?
    • Charging the devices separately would be the fastest way, but you can charge both together at the same time.
  4. Does the exolife™ for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS use mini USB or micro USB?
    • All of our exolife™ cases use standard mini-USB ports. Should you lose, misplace, or just want another cable, you can find these standard cables at any electronic store.
  5. Can you use other skins/shields with the exolife™?
    • You cannot, the exolife™ is specifically designed for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS, because of the form fitting design there is no room for other skins/shields. You can however, use a screen protector.
  6. Is there any signal loss from using the exolife™ for iPhone 3G/iPhone 3GS?
    • There is no loss from just using the case any more than should be expected. I.e. if you get full bars, by sliding the iPhone 3G/iPhone 3GS into the case there would be no signal loss.
